Frequently asked questions
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or at the weekend are sent the next working day.
How long does delivery take?
We send orders with Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days) as standard, and UK delivery is free on orders over £20. Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1–2 working days) is available at checkout.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes — every order is sent tracked, and you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as it has been dispatched.
What is your returns policy?
If something isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Just get in touch and we'll guide you through the process.
Are your products really made in France?
Yes. Both Lizia and Le Petit Dormeur are designed and made in France, in workshops that employ people with disabilities, and Maison Pont is their exclusive UK home.
Do you offer wholesale?
