Where we deliver

UK addresses only, from UK stock — no customs charges or import duty to pay.

Dispatch

Order by 2pm Monday to Friday and we dispatch the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays go out the next working day.

Services and cost

Standard delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 48, usually 2–3 working days: free on orders of £20 or more, £3.99 below that. Royal Mail Tracked 24, usually 1–2 working days, is available at checkout. Every parcel is tracked and you'll receive the tracking link by email as soon as it ships. Your delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Late, lost or damaged

If your parcel is late, hasn't arrived or arrives damaged, email sam@maisonpont.co.uk with your order number and we'll put it right with a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer. Parcels returned to us as undelivered are re-sent at no charge.
