Processing time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next business day.

UK Delivery

• Standard delivery: 3-5 business days
• Express delivery: 1-2 business days

We currently ship to UK addresses only.

 

Delivery costs Orders under £20: a flat delivery charge of £3.99 applies. Orders of £20 or more: delivery is free. Your delivery cost is always shown at checkout.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Lost or damaged orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at sam@maisonpont.co.uk within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
