Refund policy

Our 30-day promise

If you change your mind, you can return any item within 30 days of receiving it. Email sam@maisonpont.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you a free return label and instructions. Items should be unused and in their original packaging — you're welcome to open the box and look at the product as you would in a shop.

Refunds

Once the item reaches us we'll refund the full price, plus the standard delivery charge if you paid one, to your original payment method within 14 days. If a returned item shows use beyond what's needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, develops a fault or isn't what you ordered, tell us as soon as you can, ideally with a photo. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you're entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery, or a repair or replacement after that. We cover the return cost.

Your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and to return it within 14 days of telling us. Our 30-day policy sits on top of these rights and nothing here reduces them.

Exchanges

To swap a colour, return the item and place a new order — it's the quickest way to get the one you want.
