We want your order to reach you quickly and safely. Below is everything you need to know about how we deliver.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery costs

•  Orders under £20: a flat delivery charge of £3.99 applies.

•  Orders of £20 or more: delivery is FREE.

Your delivery cost is always shown clearly at checkout before you confirm and pay for your order.

Dispatch time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery service and timescales

We send all orders via Royal Mail. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days, though this can occasionally vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Tracking your order

Where a tracked service is used, we will include tracking details in your dispatch confirmation email so you can follow your parcel's progress.

Failed or delayed deliveries

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, or if a delivery attempt is missed, please contact us at samuel@fusion-finds.uk and we will help resolve the issue. If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
