These terms apply to purchases made by consumers through our website. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Trade customers should refer to our separate Trade Terms.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. A contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation that your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to decline any order.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers. We make every effort to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover an error we will contact you before dispatching.

Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery timescales and costs are shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Your right to cancel and returns

Consumers have the right to cancel and return orders in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
